Dear FDF "Cultural Ministers,"
How exciting is it to know that we will have the opportunity to meet and unite as fellow directors to address our needs and concerns!!!!!!!!!! On Saturday, November 15th, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at St. Katherine's in Redondo Beach, CA, a Directors' Retreat will be held. Please join us for something new and motivational for all! Here is a preliminary itinerary of topics based on directors' suggestions: Continental breakfast, Spiritual Workshop and the Greater Mission Statement, Effective Teaching Strategies, Effective Research and Resources, Building a Dance Program/Ministry, Judges' Forum, New Director Mentorship Program, a business meeting to elect our new director reps. and hear from the Management Team on upcoming news for FDF 2004! The day will end with a no-host dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Please forward this to all directors if you know of anyone who has not received this. You must RSVP to this e-mail address by November 5th if you wish to attend. We need to plan our numbers for the meals.
