The purpose of this book is to communicate, through both historical evidence and my personal experiences, the Turkish policy against Hellenism and beyond.
The evidence presented is only a small portion of the available fact base listed in the bibliography of over 400 references.

About the author:
Leonidas Koumakis was born in Constantinople where he graduated from the Greek Grammar School of SS. Constantine and Helen at Pera.
He attended the Greek Zographion High School for two years before he was forced to leave Constantinople because of the deportation of his father in 1964.
In Greece, he graduated from the Pangration High School and the Law School of Athens University.
For 30 continuous years (1967 to 1997) he has worked for the largest Winery of Greece as Dep. Gen. Manager and International Sales Director.
