Hellenic National Baseball Team
NON-PROFIT
Tom, Mazarakis
General Manager
Athens, Attica, Greece

The Hellenic National Baseball Team is primarily comprised of Hellenes of the North American diaspora who volunteer their time and efforts to represent the country of their Hellenic heritage. These men have traveled over to Europe and have proudly worn the "HELLAS" jersey while placing Greece amongst the world's best baseball playing countries. The team's latest triumph came in 2010 when it placed 4th in Europe, which qualified Greece to play in the 2011 Baseball World Cup.
We believe that our team's goals are a perfect match with the goals of the HEC in that both organizations are striving to promote Hellenic Culture. We do so by providing an excellent medium through which the Hellenes of North America and the Hellenes of Hellas can establish a common area of interest that can help us to bridge the gap that has grown between them. 2011-08-21
