Founded on March 1, 1995, the Hellenic Electronic Center (HEC) is a volunteer, non-profit, non-partisan, independent organization. HEC is a cultural and educational Center whose main objective is to promote Hellenic culture and establish a network among Hellenes, Philhellenes, and Hellenic organizations around the world. HEC provides free computer services and technical support to non-profit Hellenic organizations and projects.
In April 1997, the US Dept. of Treasury, IRS, granted our organization the non-profit 501(c)(3) status. [ IRS letter of determination ]
