International Electronic Campaign For The Reopening Of The Theology School Of Halki

An international electronic campaign for the reopening of the Theology School of Halki has been launched at the initiative of the Greek Electronic Center. The initiative is aimed at the sensitization of the Turkish leadership, the UN, the EU and the United States as well as the parliaments of the EU member-states, the US Senate and the House of Representatives and religious leaders for the reopening of the Theology School of Halki.

Information on the goals of the specific campaign can be found on the Internet (http://www.greece.org/themis/halki). Organizations and private individuals can electronically sign the petition for the reopening of the Theology School of Halki, while they can also participate in the campaign as sponsors together with a large number of Greek Diaspora organizations.
