The organization or an individual who enters a colaboration with HEC on a project should adhere to the following:
1. MUST read and accept the by-laws of the HEC
2. MUST have a mission to help Hellenism and/or promote Hellenic culture
3. MUST use the Center's services such as computers, software and technical support to publish on the Internet, SUBJECT to the approval of the Council's Executive Committee.
4. SHOULD NOT use the Center's services for commercial reasons, e.g. commercial advertisements.
5. MUST demonstrate the uniqueness and significance of the project that it publishes to avoid duplication and redundancy.
6. MUST designate a representative to serve as liaison of the project organisers and the Center. The representatives will:
7. Must be in continuous communication with the Center as needed.
8. MUST make every possible effort to avoid public confrontation with Associate members, organisers of other projects or the Center.
The above is a short description of the rights and obligations of an organisation whose new project is accepted by the HEC. If any of the above is in conflict with the Center By-Laws, the by-laws supersede this document
The Hellenic Electronic Center reserves every right to terminate any colaboration with a given project when a conflict against the bylaws arises.
