There are different forms to be filled in , however before you select and fill in the appropriate form , please insure that you have read and understood
the By-Laws of H.E.C
The three types of applications and registratuions :
1. Membership Application (This is for ordinary members / volunteers)
2. Organization Application (This is for organizations that wish to join or assist H.E.C. )
3. Project Registration (This is for specifying a new projec to be registered)
