In this area of the website we have collected an extended set of archives related to the Hellenc Genocide. These documents prove beyond any doubt not only that the genocide events actually took place, but that they were the result of an organized national policy of the Turkish State, to the same horrific extent that we saw with the Armenians in 1915.
The archives are organized in separate sections, according to their source:
- First are the archives whose sources are official documents, exchanged between the diplomatic, political and military representatives as part of their official duties in Minor Asia. These archives are organised separately according to the country of origin (American, British, etc.)
- Second are presented the various media reports, from newspapers and magazines of the time, as they were originally published.
- Finally, a selection of articles and papers written by various older and modern authors are presented.
The archives presented show clearly the extent to which the organized expulsion of the Greek population of Minor Asia, Pontos and Eastern Thrace was an organized act of genocide, carefully planned and brought to the end by the turkish authorities, assisted by almost all the great powers of the time.
