I think what the British are saying is something on the lines of, “if I take your furniture and put it to better use than you for a certain period of time, it automatically belongs to me.” I think this argument makes no sense. As much as I want the stone to be put on display for as many people as possible, I am in support of Egypt, and that the Rosetta stone belongs back in Egypt.
