According to an announcement by the Athens Bar Association, in execution of the plenary session of the Greek Bar Association Presidents and recognizing the national character of the effort and the need for broader representation and participation, an invitation to nominate representatives was sent to 58 countries. including Universities, NGOs, Higher Unions and Scientific Institutions.

The committee will be co-chaired by the Plenary of the Presidents of Greek Bar Associations and will initially be multilateral and subsequently set up a small Executive Board, which will be responsible for coordinating the work of the committee and executing its decisions.

At the same time a small Executive Council will then be set up, with responsibility for coordinating the work of the committee and implementing its decisions. A specialized legal team will also be set up to provide legal coverage in relation to the  claim.
